I cannot get over these images y'all! This styled shoot was planned by myself and believe me, I have no idea how I pulled this all off! Of course, there were bumps along the way. But we did it!! These vendors were the absolute best and amazing to work with. Look at all the details! Check below for everyone's website and Instagram. I cannot thank these ladies enough! My favorite part was finishing up the delicious wedding cake AND finishing that bottle of prosecco. I mean we are there to do work, but everything is so much better with a little bit of alcohol and sweet treats! As I am still running around like a chicken with my head cut off, this entire shoot was worth the planning! I cannot wait for our next location.
If you don't already know, Sam spent his summers going to England every summer. So much of his family is over there! When Sam invited me to go with him to Emily and Matt's wedding, of course, I said I would go! We booked our ticket in the spring for us to go in July. We sat at the computer for 3 hours till we booked it! We booked it specifically to have a layover in Boston and Dublin to rest and explore. We arrived in Manchester and I was jet lagged as hell. When we got to Sam's Grandad's farm for 5 hours. Yes, a 5-hour nap! I was still jet lagged. It was wonderful seeing the farm and then heading to stay with Jodie and Dwayne in Liverpool. Next was London, then took a train down to Tunbridge Wells. I have to admit, I enjoyed the countryside a little more than the city!
Carter & Adam should be models! Just saying. My favorite part of this whole wedding was that they got married in front of Carter's Grandmother's house outside of Mooresville! I mean come on. How romantic and intimate is this ceremony! She cried so much during the ceremony and dancing with her dad. Girl I am right there with you! I will cry all the tears during my wedding day! Adam was the sweetest person during their first dance, trying to get her to laugh instead of crying all her mascara off. That is a good man right there! Cauble Creek vineyard is the cutest reception venue and so tucked away, it just appears out of nowhere. You wouldn't believe the sunset!
This was my second wedding working for Tessa from Folk and Wayfarer. Y'all check her out if you haven't already!! I was so happy to work with Tessa again because she is the bomb dot com. Eilza is seriously one of the most beautiful brides with her dark and and her dress contrasting each other. Look at that detail on her veil and dress! When Tessa told me their reception was at OMB, I was like, OH MY GOSH I AM IN!!! Even though I am not a beer drinker, OMB has the coolest outdoor area!! Before we made our way to the reception, the bridal party stopped at the Queen Park Social. Sadly, bowling was like $35 a person, and there was 15 of us. But they had like 8 or 10 lanes of bowling along with awesome food and cocktails!! (Check out the chicken tenders and the social dragonfly cocktail when you're there). I do have to say, their photos of just the two of them are so stinkin' CUTE!!!!
